Above All Tanks And Pumps water tanks must be installed as per Standards Australia rainwater tank installation handbook HB 230-2006 or all warranty will be void.
Return only on faulty tanks (warranty) due to faulty manufacture, once tank has been assessed that the tank has been deemed faulty.

Above All Tanks and Pumps Warranty

Above All Tanks and Pumps 20 year fix or replace warranty.

1.	Above All Tanks and Pumps guarantees to either repair or replace (at our option) any defect or fault in our water tanks caused by our manufacturing process for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.
2.	The manufacturer and/or L & M Tyres Pty Ltd trading as Above All Tanks and Pumps will repair or replace the tank but will not be responsible for associated costs such as removal, installation, labour, fittings, pipes, tank base, pumps and transport.
3.	The guarantee covers any defect, failure or deterioration in the polyethylene tank which has been caused in the manufacturing process.
4.	This guarantee is for the benefit for the original purchaser only.
5.	This guarantee does not cover any defect, failure or deterioration in the polyethylene tank where any one or more of the following is a substantial contributing cause of such defect, failure or deterioration:-
	a)	It is not properly secured by the purchaser on delivery.
	b)	The purchaser does not properly prepare the tank site.
	c)	Damages caused by resulting from a modification to the tank not authorised in writing by the manufacturer and/or L & M Tyres Pty Ltd trading as Above All Tanks and Pumps.
	d)	The tank is moved from its original site.
	e)	Fittings are attached by other than the manufacturer and/or L & M Tyres Pty Ltd trading as Above All Tanks and Pumps.
	f)	The manufacturer and/or L & M Tyres Pty Ltd trading as Above All Tanks and Pumps is not notified of any defect or fault within seven days of it occurring.
	g)	The manufacturer and/or L & M Tyres Pty Ltd trading as Above All Tanks and Pumps is not given the opportunity to inspect the tank within 28 days of such notification.
	h)	Malicious damage or negligent use of the tank and its fittings.
	i)	Abnormal external influences including but not limited to mechanical abrasions, falling objects, explosion, fire or acts of war, harmful gases or fumes.
6.	This guarantee does not apply to the tank colour which may in time fade or change. This guarantee also does not apply to polyethylene degradation from natural elements such as sun, wind, rain or ice.
7.	This guarantee is additional to any mandatory condition and warranty which may be implied by law.
