A. Most times you will as if you try and gravity feed the water from your tank you will hardly have any pressure especially when your tank has a low level of water in it.

A. If you install your tank correctly you should not need much mantance at all, things like first flush units, mosquito proof netting both on the inlet and outlet of your tank help prevent the need to clean your tank.
Q. What size water tank would I need?
A. You first need to list what you need the water for that you will have in your tank and work out approximately how much water that would use. Our philosophy is to try and the largest tank that you can, that way if the rainfall is few and far between you have some in reserve.(See your tank supplier to help the best system for you)

A. This depends on the roof area that each downpipe drains from the roof and how many overflow pipes you can install to take access water out of tank.
